Seda Grigoryan is a documentary filmmaker and independent producer based in Yerevan. Formerly Head of Video Production at CivilNet TV and Video Producer and Lecturer at Hetq Investigative Journalists, Seda has extensive experience in media production and storytelling. From 2018 to 2021, she led the Creative Europe Desk Armenia, fostering international cooperation and policy development in the cultural and creative sectors. She was also a founding member of the Independent Filmmakers’ Community of Armenia, actively contributing to reforms in the country’s film legislation. Seda is the co-founder and president of Blue Shield Armenia and currently heads the Advocacy Society for the Arts (ASA), promoting research and policy for the creative industries.
