Sona Harutyunyan (M.A.) is the CEO of “HayArt” Centre, Founding President of KulturDialog Armenien, and the visionary behind the Jubilee International Print Biennale. Within the frameworks of KulturDialog Armenien’s activities, Sona Harutyunyan initiated and launched Armenia’s first International Print Biennale in Yerevan in 2017, which was followed by the Second (2019), Third (2021), and Fourth (2023) editions under her curation. Harutyunyan studied Art history, as well as Classical and Christian archaeology at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Germany. She has worked at the Modern Art Museum in Yerevan, also serving as the Advisor to the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia, and as the Head of the Department of Contemporary Art of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia.
