Dr. Marine Karoyan is a seasoned cultural manager, curator, critic, and cultural policy expert with nearly three decades of experience. Dedicated to fostering cultural exchange and supporting creative industries, she has successfully shaped cultural policies, advocated for sustainable initiatives, and facilitated impactful cross-border collaborations. Marine also brings direct experience with EU cultural policy, having served as National Coordinator of both rounds of EU4Culture in Armenia at Goethe‑Institut Armenia, where she has played a key role in implementing EU‑funded cultural initiatives and strengthening local and regional cultural ecosystems. Her background includes managing large-scale international projects, with demonstrated expertise in organizational leadership, strategic communication, and promoting cultural diversity, fostering creative growth at both local and regional levels.
