Project Goals
The aim of the project was to modernize and reinterpret traditional Armenian designs, bridging the gap between heritage and contemporary digital illustration. The series seeks to inspire both local and international audiences to appreciate Armenian culture through a modern lens.
Approach
I used digital illustration techniques, working from traditional Armenian motifs and reimagining them through abstract, modernist compositions. The project involved extensive research into Armenian art history to ensure authenticity while also pushing creative boundaries.
Outcome
The final deliverable was a series of 10 large-scale digital prints, exhibited at the Armenian Cultural Center in Yerevan.


Challenges and Solutions
The challenge of balancing tradition with modern aesthetics was resolved by conducting several iterations and taking feedback from cultural experts.
